Efektivitas Pengelolaan Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kota Sukabumi

Abstrak

Madrasah Aliyah management in Sukabumi City is not optimal. This means that there are still problems in the management of madrasas at the Private MA in Sukabumi City. Seeing these realities and facts, it is necessary to have strong motivation for madrasah managers, educators, and education personnel to manage madrasahs to be effective and make them a potential institution. The key is of course effective madrasah management that upholds dedication and leads to professionalism both in procurement, facilities, application of learning methods and curriculum as well as the recruitment of educators and education personnel. This paper presents the results of research on the effectiveness of managing private Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the management of private Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi City. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of this study reveal that there is a positive influence between education services, conflict management and social culture with the effectiveness of madrasah management. Therefore, there needs to be efforts to increase the effectiveness of educational services including strong leadership principles, expectations of graduate students, curriculum quality, learning climate, and parental involvement.
