Human resource management development and quality improvement in educational institutions are important in determining the quality of education, so strategic steps and efforts are needed in the development of quality. But the reality on the ground of the challenges faced by schools is very complex. This research is to find out the success rate of education HR management in improving the quality of schools in MAN 2 Sukabumi city consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, as well as supporting factors and inhibitions. This type of research is descriptive qualitative that is research conducted on natural conditions natural setting. The reason for using this method is that prospective researchers intend to gain a deeper understanding of the implementation of character education in MAN 2 Sukabumi City. The results of this study are, 1) In Auth which in management terms is the description of the analysis of the position and description of the position or job. 2) Organizing has been very neat and effective. 3) The implementation of leadership has been carried out to the maximum. 4) Evaluation that has been done using three stages. 5) While the inhibition factor experienced by the headmaster in relation to improving the quality of education is rooted in the issue of funding and equipment of the number of infrastructures and facilities needed to support the headmaster's program, 6) The success rate in managing HR management in improving the quality of education in MAN 2 Sukabumi city is said to be successful. This can be seen from the realization of the theory with the practice carried out by the headmaster.
