Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the management planning of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami Sukabumi City. (2) Describe the implementation of the management of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning at MTs Amal Islami in Sukabumi City. (3) Describe the evaluation of the implementation of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning management at MTs Amal Islami, Sukabumi City. (4) Describe the factors inhibiting the implementation of the management of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami, Sukabumi City. (5) Describe the supporting factors for the management of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami in Sukabumi City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subject was the Head of the Al-Qur'an MTs Amal Islami Program in Sukabumi City. The informants in the study were the Principal, Waka Curriculum, Al-Qur'an Teachers and Students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation of data and sources. Data analysis used interactive methods consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) planning management of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami Sukabumi City has been clearly formulated by determining the learning objectives of tahfidz Al-Qur'an to improve school quality; set the standard for learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an; building good cooperation with school principals, Al-Qur'an program heads, teachers, students and parents to achieve maximum targets and results; compile the steps for learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an; and compile the learning tools for the tahfidz Al-Qur'an. (2) Implementation of learning management for tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami Sukabumi City is carried out through preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. So that preparation in learning activities can be delivered as planned, (3) Evaluation of the management of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at Mts Amal Islami, Sukabumi City is carried out by the principal of the madrasa and the head of the Al-Qur'an program in the form of upgrading and supervision activities. learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an; carry out the assessment mechanism for learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami Sukabumi City according to the stages; and make a book report on the evaluation of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an (Raport).
