Abstract

In essence, service is a series of activities which is a process. As the service process takes place regularly and continuously covering the entire life of people in society, the process of meeting needs through the activities of other people. To meet user satisfaction, it is necessary to measure service quality. Service quality as an overall service evaluation is carried out through performance comparisons made with the general expectations of users. With the measurement of service quality, agencies can find out the level of satisfaction of service users and can improve services in the future, especially the world of education. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of sympathetic services in MAN throughout Sukabumi Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Based on the research results, the better the transformational leadership style, teacher performance, and the implementation of teacher professional allowance payments, the better the effectiveness of the application of Simpatika services. Conversely, the worse the transformational leadership style, teacher performance, and the implementation of teacher professional allowance payments, the worse the effectiveness of Simpatika service implementation. Therefore, transformational leadership style, teacher performance, and implementation of teacher professional allowances, have a positive direct effect on the effectiveness of the implementation of sympathetic services in MAN throughout Sukabumi Regency.
